SHIPPING POLICY
All jewelry orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days and metal art products within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
On occasion during peak periods delays can often happen. This is due to warehouse restrictions. Also, shipping delays can often happen during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are currently offering Free Shipping for all orders in the USA.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Internationally shipped orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT, GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. All Family Gear Collection is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
